Frequently asked questions
What address do emails send from?
Emails send branded through the system; a reply-to address can be configured so responses reach you. Do-not-reply behaviour is also supported.
Can I skip the automatic email for some candidates?
Yes. Triggers toggle per stage, and you can also choose to skip the automatic email on an individual stage move.
Are rejection emails automatic too?
If you want. Edit the rejection template and enable its trigger; candidates get a kind, timely closing email. Or keep it off and send manually.
